It is all a SCAM! But they make it the customers fault for not purchasing the insurance when they never had the intention of actually sending out the products to the customer. How coincidental is it that my package, which did not have the insurance, was delivered in Utah, only one hour away from where the company is located? I believe this company makes sells, then if the insurance is not purchased, delivers the items to their own associates or acquaintances only to continue to resell the same products but never actually deliver them. They said it was the fault of the post office and that this happens often.

I provided pictures of my shipping address and verification of package delivery in Utah and still they did not help. When asked about the package they simply said they could not help since the insurance was not purchased. My package was delivered to a town in Utah when I live in California. If you do not purchase their insurance, which is optional, you will not get your package and they will not issue a refund.
